Get help renewing your tax credits

The Central Office of Information’s social media agency (LOL) asked if they could pay me a little bit of taxpayers’ money to post this snappy video about renewing tax credits, to make sure that claimants don’t “lose out” or “have to pay money back” if their circumstances have changed.

As a married woman who works full-time, lives modestly and has no children, I haven’t received a government cash handout for a long time. Frankly, I’m jumping at this rare opportunity. I do wonder what it means for the Prime Minister’s vows to unleash a “new era of thrift” though.
