COMPETITION WINNER: win a pair of UGG boots

Well, the competition to win a pair of UGG boots was popular! Readers could enter via the blog, and double their chances of winning by entering again on the Miss Thrifty Facebook page, if they were fans.

The UGG boots competition closed at midday on Friday and by that time we had 474 Miss Thrifty blog entries and 130 Miss Thrifty Facebook  entries. There were 5 additional Facebook entries that were left on the Facebook wall, rather than on the Facebook post as requested. I have included these though, as they were left before I issued a pointed reminder about where to post.

So that gives a grand total of… 609 entries. Whew!

To pick a winner, I racked the entries in the order of blog+Facebook+additional Facebook entries and turned to this online number generator:
